Project's Activities

Project Management

The foundation of DEVICE lies in strong and transparent project management. Led by PYLON ONE, the consortium collaborates using innovative tools and methodologies to ensure seamless coordination and alignment among all partners. This activity includes organizing transnational meetings, monitoring progress, and maintaining accountability to deliver impactful results.

Understanding the current landscape of vocational education is essential. DEVICE conducts in-depth research across partner countries to identify gaps and opportunities in inclusive education. This research informs the creation of an innovative online curriculum tailored to the needs of students with disabilities, emphasizing green skills and digital literacy.

Research and Curriculum Development:

Module 1: Educational Protocols for instructing VET staff engaging with students with disabilities/special needs.

Module 2: A theoretical section providing substantial competencies to the target demographic when interacting with students with disabilities/special needs.

Module 3: Tactical resources distributed to Trainers/Mentors to assist students with disabilities/special needs.

Module 4: Mobility Handbook for individuals accompanying students with disabilities/special needs.

Module 4 video:

One of the core outcomes of DEVICE is the development of an interactive digital platform. This platform offers inclusive learning tools, accessible educational content, and collaborative features designed to empower both students and educators. It serves as a hub for sharing resources and engaging in innovative educational practices.

DEVICE Platform

DEVICE hosts three Infodays in partner countries to raise awareness about the project’s objectives and tools. These events bring together educators, policymakers, students, and the general public, creating opportunities for dialogue, networking, and sharing best practices.

Ensuring the long-term impact of the project is a priority. DEVICE develops and distributes informational materials, including e-handbooks, brochures, and digital resources, to support educators and stakeholders. These materials are shared through targeted dissemination campaigns to maximize the project’s reach and ensure its tools and methodologies continue to benefit VET systems across Europe.

To guarantee the quality and effectiveness of its outcomes, DEVICE conducts regular evaluations throughout the project. The final assessment meeting brings all partners together to review results, discuss sustainability strategies, and plan future applications of the project’s tools and resources.
