About us

Our Vision:

The DEVICE Project (Development of Inclusive Vocational Education for Disabled Learners), supported by the Erasmus+ programme, is a transformative European initiative dedicated to advancing inclusivity, accessibility, and innovation within Vocational Education and Training (VET). At its core, DEVICE seeks to address the unique challenges faced by students with disabilities while embedding the principles of environmental sustainability into education.

Through strategic collaboration, cutting-edge digital tools, and innovative methodologies, DEVICE reimagines vocational training by creating an equitable learning environment where every learner, regardless of ability, can achieve their full potential. The project places strong emphasis on digital literacy, green skills, and adaptive learning pathways, ensuring that vocational education not only meets the diverse needs of learners but also prepares them for the demands of a modern, eco-conscious workforce.

A cornerstone of DEVICE is the development of an innovative digital educational platform accompanied by interactive curriculum materials. These resources are designed to bridge the gap between traditional educational approaches and the evolving requirements of inclusive and sustainable training. By providing accessible tools for both students and educators, the project empowers teaching and learning communities to adopt inclusive practices, foster engagement, and embrace innovation in their daily work.

DEVICE was born from the recognition that learners with disabilities often encounter significant barriers in accessing quality education and training opportunities. By actively tackling these challenges, the project aims to reshape VET systems into models that celebrate diversity, promote equity, and integrate environmental responsibility.

Central to DEVICE is its commitment to collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The consortium brings together a network of dedicated partners from across Europe, each contributing expertise in education, technology, social inclusion, and sustainability. Through transnational cooperation, the project fosters meaningful dialogue among educators, policymakers, industry stakeholders, and communities, ensuring that its outcomes have both local impact and European-wide relevance.

DEVICE is more than a project; it is a movement for positive change in vocational education. By promoting innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, it helps to build a future where education serves as a powerful instrument for empowerment, community development, and environmental stewardship.
